A subscriber to this Site can review any personal information collected by the Site relating to that subscriber by sending an e-mail to the Site's DATA CONTROLLER at webmaster@footfetish2000.com clearly stating that the subscriber wishes to review the subscriber's personal information which has been collected by the Site. 

The individual subscriber shall have the following rights with respect to any personal information gathered by the Site: 

to obtain from a data controller, or otherwise, confirmation of whether or not the data controller has data relating to him;

By accepting membership to this Site you are unconditionally accepting all of those terms and conditions. Some of those terms and conditions may also affect the right of this Site to use information that it has gathered from subscribers. 

In the event of any conflicts between the Membership Terms the Conditions and this Privacy Policy Statement, the provisions of this Privacy Policy shall control.
